What to Call Us.

  • The company and the product are both Nuraflow. One word, capital N, lower case f. Never NuraFlow, Nura Flow, nuraFlow or NURAFLOW in body copy.
  • Nura AI is the name of the in-product assistant, not a short form of the company name. Do not use Nura AI to refer to the company.
  • Care lines are written Personal Care, Home Health and Hospice.
  • Correct: Nuraflow is a software platform for home-based care agencies. Incorrect: Nuraflow is a home care agency. We do not deliver care.
